This site is a wholesale platform for businesses (B2B), available to corporate entities and sole traders only. It is not open to the general public. Purchases are intended for retail sale or professional use within your business. Re-wholesaling or resale to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Pricing

•       All prices shown are wholesale prices, excluding tax.

•       Please refer to the "RRP" column for recommended retail prices.

•       Minimum order quantities and order units apply per product.

How to Order

Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and click "Confirm Order" to complete your order.

Payment

No online payment is processed through the B2B portal. Orders are invoiced separately in accordance with your payment terms.

Returns & Exchanges

As this is a B2B platform, returns or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted as a general rule. In the event of a defective or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 10 days of receipt, attaching photos of the affected item and product box label.

Order & Shipment Notifications

Notification emails will be sent upon order confirmation and when your order has been shipped.

Quality Standards

All products are quality-checked in accordance with our Care Guide inspection standards. Natural variations such as glaze unevenness, iron spots, and pinholes are considered acceptable characteristics of ceramic products.
