1. Ordering

All orders must be placed through eu.saikaishop.com.
Once an order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

2. Payment

We accept payment by credit card and debit card via Shopify Payments.
All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

3. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer rights law.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 10 days of order confirmation.
EU deliveries: please allow approximately 2 weeks.
Non-EU deliveries: please allow approximately 3 weeks.
An export documentation fee of €65.00 per shipment applies to non-EU orders.

5. Ex Works (EXW) / Free Carrier (FCA)

If you have selected EXW or FCA as your delivery option, our representative will be in touch to arrange collection or delivery to your nominated carrier.

6. Claims & Defects

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 business days of receipt, attaching photos of the affected item.

7. Images

All images produced by Saikai remain the sole and exclusive property of Saikai.
Personalisation of Saikai products for resale is prohibited without prior written consent.
