You can shop as a guest or create an account to track your orders and save your details for future purchases.

Pricing

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

How to Order

Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely at checkout by credit or debit card.

Shipping & Delivery

•       Orders are shipped within 10 days of order confirmation.

•       EU deliveries: please allow approximately 2 weeks.

•       Non-EU deliveries: please allow approximately 3 weeks.

Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Order & Shipment Notifications

Notification emails will be sent upon order confirmation and when your order has been shipped.

Quality Standards

All products are quality-checked in accordance with our Care Guide inspection standards. Natural variations such as glaze unevenness, iron spots, and pinholes are considered acceptable characteristics of ceramic products.
