B2B Terms of Service

1. Ordering

  • All orders must be placed through the Saikai Europe B2B portal at b2b.europesaikai.com. An approved account is required.
  • Once an order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
  • Please order quantities based on the number of products contained within an inner box.
  • If you have any queries about a product, please contact us at [email protected] prior to placing an order.

2. Minimum Order

€500.00 (no free freight limit).

3. Payment

Orders are processed in accordance with your agreed payment terms. For bank deposit payments, please arrange payment prior to shipment.

4. New Accounts

  • Pre-payment by bank transfer only.
  • Minimum opening order: €1,000.00.

5. Discount

A 5% discount, limited to Saikai products only, is available to customers who satisfy both of the following conditions:

  • Continuous trading with Saikai for more than 2 years.
  • Total purchase amount for the previous year exceeds €15,000.00.

Discounts are reflected automatically from the January invoice of each year.

6. E-Commerce and MAP Policy

  • MAP policy applies to: Hasami Porcelain (HP), COMMON (C), TOSA-RYU (TS).
  • Saikai recommends a minimum 2.0x markup from wholesale price for non-MAP items.
  • Sale of Saikai exclusive products on Amazon or similar platforms is strictly prohibited.

7. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 10 days of order confirmation.
  • EU deliveries: please allow approximately 2 weeks.
  • Non-EU deliveries: please allow approximately 3 weeks.
  • An export documentation fee of €65.00 per shipment applies to non-EU orders.

8. Ex Works (EXW) / Free Carrier (FCA)

If you have selected EXW or FCA as your delivery option, our representative will be in touch to arrange collection or delivery to your nominated carrier.

9. Claims & Defects

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 business days of receipt, attaching photos of the affected item.

10. Images

  • All images produced by Saikai remain the sole and exclusive property of Saikai.
  • Personalisation of Saikai products for resale is prohibited without prior written consent.
